New Leaf Foundation is a prison and youth social impact 501 {c} 3 non-profit organization headquartered in Pennsylvania, United States, with registered missions offices in Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, and Malawi to serve as a portal through which justice and opportunity can be asses to those in prisons and youths in our community.
We offer mentoring, education, skills training, legal assistance, employment opportunities, and compassionate support to inmates and youths so that they can gain the knowledge and self-confidence they need to reshape their lives in a positive direction.
In addition to our local efforts, we work internationally to transform the punitive practices of correctional facilities into an environment where youth can be allowed to define and fulfill their life mandates and dreams. Our Prison and Youth initiatives are designed to transform ‘punishment’ into ‘restoration.’ By helping imprisoned youth gain the ability to make responsible decisions and avoid repeat offenses, we help break the cycle of despair, improve the safety of communities, and enable prison systems to achieve a higher level of humanitarian accountability.
Mission
New Leaf Foundation is dedicated to transforming despair into hope by meeting people at the crossroads of life by providing innovative, compassionate, restorative and effective practices to inmates and youths in our community.
Vision
We envision that our international prison and youth initiatives will transform the cycle of hopelessness into a pathway of hope for thousands of young people; that correctional facilities worldwide will join us in serving as agents of change for at-risk youths; and that those who benefit from our programs will be inspired to be the new face of social change.
At New Leaf Foundation, we create change by supporting rehabilitation, empowering youth, and strengthening communities.

Rebuilding lives through rehabilitation and support.
